Baran Baspar Cooperative Company started its activity in 2009 as the first manufacturer of condoms under the brand name X-Dream in Iran. The production line and machinery with the latest German technology were installed by Malaysian certified engineers. The company started from the beginning with a capacity of 75 million pieces per year in accordance with the ISO4074 standard.
Baran Baspar Cooperative Company in 1390, in continuation of the desired production, installed and commissioned new production lines and increased its production capacity from 75 million units per year to 150 million units. The new automatic packaging technology reduces the involvement of human resources in production and ultimately guarantees the quality and health of the products.

معرفی شرکت
شرکت تعاونی باران بسپار در سال 1388 فعالیت خود را به عنوان اولین تولید کننده کاندوم با نام تجاری ایکس دریم در ایران آغاز نمود. خط تولید و ماشین آلات با تکنولوژی روز آلمان، توسط مهندسین خبره مالزیایی نصب و راه اندازی گردید. شرکت از همان ابتدا با ظرفیت 75 میلیون قطعه در سال مطابق با استاندارد ISO4074 شروع به کار کرد.
شرکت تعاونی باران بسپار در سال 1390 در تداوم امر تولید مطلوب اقدام به نصب و راه اندازی خطوط تولید جدید نموده و ظرفیت تولید خود را از 75 میلیون قطعه در سال به 150 میلیون قطعه افزایش داد. تکنولوژی جدید بسته بندی اتوماتیک، از دخالت نیروی انسانی در تولید کاسته و در نهایت کیفیت و بهداشت محصولات را ضمانت می کند.

Baran Baspar Cooperative Company has obtained ISO9001 / 2008 and ISO13485 / 2003 quality management standard certifications from BRS USA, European Union CE standard, medical device manufacturing license from the General Department of Medical Equipment of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, and also the national standard mark of Iran. Has been. The company has also been certified by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education as the largest supplier since the end of 1988.

شرکت تعاونی باران بسپار موفق به اخذ گواهینامه های استاندارد مدیریت کیفیت ISO9001 /2008 و ISO13485/2003 از شرکت BRS آمریکا ، استاندارد اتحادیه اروپا CE ، پروانه ساخت وسیله پزشکی از اداره کل تجهیزات پزشکی وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی و همچنین علامت استاندارد ملی ایران گردیده است. همچنین این شرکت از انتهای سال 88 به عنوان بزرگترین تامین کننده از سوی وزارت بهداشت ، درمان و آموزش پزشکی تایید صلاحیت شده است.

لاتکس طبیعی مایعی است سفید رنگ که از شیره درخت هیوا (HEVEA) بدست می آید. این شیره طی فرآیند تخلیص، غنی سازی و کامپاندینگ پیش ولکانیزه شده و آماده استفاده در پروسه DIPPING یا همان فرآیند غوطه‌ور سازی می شود. شرکت Revertex مالزی به عنوان بزرگترین و خوش نام ترین تولید کننده کامپاوندهای لاتکس طبیعی درسرتاسر دنیا ، تنها تأمین کننده لاتکس مورد نیاز شرکت باران بسپار طی سالهای فعالیت این شرکت بوده تا کیفیت مواد اولیه مورد مصرف تضمینی بر کیفیت محصول نهایی باشد.

Introducing Processes and Different Parts of the Company
The process of making a condom from natural latex begins with the immersion operation. Rotating glass molds, after washing and drying, slowly enter the latex compound tanks. After leaving the latex tanks, the layer formed on the mold turns into vulcanized rubber by passing through high-temperature ovens and a condom is formed. All condoms produced are tested for non-destructive leakage after passing the Post Vulcanization stage.
Compliance of test methods, the accuracy of testing, and ensuring the operation of test devices are constantly monitored by QC supervisors and periodically reported to the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran.

معرفی فرایند ها و بخش های مختلف شرکت
فرآیند تولید کاندوم از لاتکس طبیعی با عملیات غوطه‌ور سازی آغاز می شود . قالب های شیشه ای دوار پس از شستشو و خشک شدن به آرامی وارد تانک های لاتکس کامپاوند شده می شوند. پس از خروج از تانک های لاتکس، لایه شکل گرفته روی قالب با عبور از آون های با حرارت بالا تبدیل به لاستیک ولکانیزه شده و کاندوم شکل می گیرد. تمامی کاندوم های تولید شده پس از گذر از مرحله Post Vulcanization مورد آزمون غیر مخرب تست نشتی قرار می گیرند.
تطابق روش های تست، صحت انجام تست و اطمینان از کار دستگاه های تست دائماً توسط سوپروایزرهای QC کنترل شده و به صورت ادواری به وزارت بهداشت درمان آموزش پزشکی ایران گزارش می شود.

واحد کنترل کیفیت
آزمون های فشار و حجم در نقطه ترکیدگی (Burst Volume & Burst Pressure) ، استحکام کششی (Tensile & Elongation) و همچنین عاری بودن محصول از هرگونه سوراخ از جمله آزمون های کمی و کیفی است که طبق استاندارد ISO4074 بر روی هر بچ از محصولات تولیدی این شرکت صورت می پذیرد.
